Meet Dr Tandweer Khan
Ever since childhood, I was passionate about healthcare with natural medicine and am always astounded by the body’s ability to naturally heal when provided with the correct medication, supplements, diet and lifestyle changes.
I firmly believe and have seen time and again with my patients that many diseases can be treated with natural medicines and often cured with this approach.
I am a professional, career and goal driven individual with a Master’s degree in Homeopathy and registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa. Obtained a Dispensing and Compounding licence from the University of Pretoria which enables me to dispense medication at my practice.
Have been in successful private practices after studying for 6 years and qualifying in 2004 from Technikon Witwatersrand (degree now offered at University of Johannesburg). Whilst completing my Master’s degree, I worked at Remedium Medical Centre in Mayfair, Johannesburg. After which, I ran private practices in Polokwane and in the Sekgopo village. In 2009, I got married and settled down in Newcastle, KZN, running my current practice, Natural Med Children & Family Clinic.
Having two of my own children, helped me establish and focus on a child and family orientated practice, which incorporates homoeopathy, herbalism, nutritional therapy and functional medicine.
